Responsibilities

• Progress against Structured Development Plan (SDP) learning elements and embrace role redeployments within Exxaro's operations as necessary.
• Engage in bi-annual performance reviews using established templates to foster professional development.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and collaboration efforts.
• Participate actively in the annual PIT symposium by presenting projects and contributing to knowledge sharing.
• Submit comprehensive progress reports punctually for evaluation, ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Uphold a safe and compliant work environment by following all safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Provide strategic and technical support to teams, introducing innovative project concepts and engaging in technical dialogues.

Qualifications

• BSc or B Comp specializing in Data Sciences
